ACS was founded by Dave LaMontagne in 1967.  He was a sole proprietor and had no employees until he hired William Schmitz, a member of this corporation, to work for him in 1984.  In August of 2002 Mr. LaMontagne sold the business to Mr. Schmitz.  Currently, the corporation has a client base of 174 clients.
